Dear David and Theresa,
I do not know if David remembers me (Tracy Nolan) but I used to babysit him and Lauren when they were little, my parents and his parents were friends. And I just wanted to let you know that your story has made it all the way out to Boise, Idaho. I am in the process of mailing my check to St. Jude's and also scheduling a blood donation in your daughter's name. One of the last entries that Theresa made discussed the chore of dealing with the cancer and the effects on the entire family. Let me tell you something, our family dealt with Leukemia for 4 yrs. My husband had had AML and a good family sticks together to fight the fight. Others allow the disease to come between them and they end in divorce or worse kids who's parents just cannot handle it. The blog that you are writing is your best therapy. It allows you to express your joys and fears for all to see and share. Hang in there, you will be amazed at exactly how much God can throw at you and as a result you will be better people because of all that you have been through. You are in my thoughts and prayers, hang in there for every smile that Catherine produces it is God's way of saying that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Fight the fight with all that you have. God Speed to Catherine. Best of Luck.
- Tracy Nolan-Kyle
